DELETE YOUR WORTHMAP ACCOUNT
Effective from 28 September 2026

This page explains how to have your WorthMap account, and the data held with it, deleted. WorthMap is operated by HK Managed Services Provider Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong.

Delete access in the app

Open Profile and select Delete WorthMap account. Verify your account email and confirm deletion. This permanently blocks sign-in and registration with the deleted account’s email. Stored records are retained. To request erasure of those records, follow the email process below.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address your WorthMap account is registered with.
2. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line.
3. We reply to the same address to confirm the request. We do not need any other detail, and we never ask you for your password.

The request is carried out within 30 days of that confirmation. Once it is done the account can no longer be used to sign in, and it cannot be restored.

What is deleted

Everything held under the account is deleted or anonymised:

• your account and identity data — nickname, email address, hashed password and any two-factor credentials;
• your portfolio and financial data — assets, liabilities, incomes, expenses, transactions, watchlists, preferences and the analyses built from them;
• any documents you uploaded, such as broker statements imported into the app;
• the devices registered for push notifications and the sessions opened on them.

What is kept, and for how long

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, and only for as long as it requires:

• records we must retain to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to resolve a dispute, for as long as those obligations last;
• security and abuse-prevention logs, which do not contain your portfolio data, for up to 12 months.

Nothing kept for these reasons is used to provide the Service, and none of it is sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Market data, share prices and similar reference information are not personal data and are not affected by a deletion request.
